This session starts with a conversation to understand you and questions for you to get more tuned and understand what happens physically, emotionally or energetically.

Ana will use reiki, natural oils to heal you depending on your needs.
You will finish the session charged with positive energy, body tension released, a calm mind after a deep relaxation.
